Being a resource of extreme security for the user, the two factor authentication can't be deactivated through the app, in order to do so you'll need help from our support team.
To deactivate your two factor authentication get in touch with our support with the email email@example.com.
It's important that you attach on the email one picture of you holding your document with picture and that has your ID number visible, (it must be the same as the one you used to create your account).
Remember that your face and the ID number must be visible on the picture.
Write on the email the following phase: I (your name) want to deactivate my account's 2 factor authentication.
